On the stage: Day 1

The first week after the end of winter holidays, was in the GTČ 7th Theatrical festival, which lasted from 25th to 26th of February. There were students from different classes showing their acting skills. On the first night 4 plays were staged: 1.b with their comedy, 2.a with their investigation, 2.c with their reality show and 3.b describing historical events. This was the end of the first day.

On the stage: Day 2

Next day festival continued with a static and at the moment boring show from 3.a. With a play about decaying Europe by a students from the highest grade where they show us  how our values, principles and foundations are slowly disappearing. A lot of laugh at the end was provided by our teachers with their performance Faustus in which they showed their acting talents.

Awards

After the end theatre performances, there was the awards ceremony led by Slovenian actor Jaša Jamnik. The most important award, the best performance, went to 3.b.

Conclusion

To sum up, there were 2 interesting days in a crowded hall with great and well played performances which all deserved some credit. It seems the majority of the audience enjoyed very much. Suprisingly, this festival is mostly unknown even though some performances are played almost at the same level as profesionals and I will definintly go to see it next year.
